                                 AGM Statement



The AGM of Equity Pre-IPO Investments Limited (AIM:EIL), the pre-IPO investment
company, is to be held today at Martello Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port,
Guernsey. In his address to shareholders, Pre-IPO's director,  Jonathan Freeman,
will make the following comments:


"I am pleased to report that the underlying businesses of the portfolio
companies continue to perform well. In line with comments made in the Audited
Report and Accounts, the Board remains confident that we will be able to
succesfully exit our position in one investee company via a trade sale during
the second half of the year, whilst a further two companies are currently
advancing plans to a potential float later this year. We look forward to
completing new investments in the period."
