Eclipse VCT plc announces that on 9 November 2007 the Company
purchased for cancellation 98,883 Ordinary Shares of 10p each at a
price of 105p per share.

The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is
now 31,447,209 Ordinary Shares.
