Replacement for RNS 2085J 
 
This announcement replaces RNS 2085J made at 15:15 on 25th March 2010 which 
incorrectly stated that the shares bought back are to be cancelled. 
 
 
Buy-back of own securities 
 
The Company announces that on 25th March 2010 it bought back 100,000 Ordinary 
shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: 0341947 / ISIN: 
GB0003419479), representing approximately 0.56% of the issued Ordinary share 
capital, at a price of 91.25 pence per Ordinary share. 
 
The Ordinary shares bought back will be placed in Treasury. 
 
As a result of the above the Ordinary share capital of the Company is now as
