    The Company was notified on 10 July 2008 that Mr P A Rooney had purchased on 4 July 2008, 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in the Company
and on 9 July 2008 a further 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in the Company, bringing his total holding to 38,000,000 shares. Mr P A
Rooney's holding represents 17.14% of the Company's total voting rights.
