European Business Jets Plc (TIDM: EBJ) announces that at its AGM held this
afternoon, all resolutions were passed.

As announced on 25 April 2007, a subsequent meeting will be convened at which
accounts will be laid before shareholders and a notice convening this meeting
will be posted and announced in due course.
