EUROPEAN BUSINESS JETS PLC ("the Company")

Directors' Shareholding

The Company was informed on 7 March 2007 that directors, Brian Moritz and James
Burgess, acquired on 7 March 2007 respectively 500,000 and 1,000,000 ordinary
shares of 0.1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each
at a price of 0.75 pence per share.

Following this share purchase, Brian Moritz holds 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.68 per cent. and James Burgess holds 11,550,000 Ordinary Shares
representing 5.21 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
