In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Dexion Trading Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr Christopher Spencer, a non-executive director, has been appointed as a non-executive director of John Laing Infrastructure Fund Limited which was admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and started trading on the London Stock Exchange on 29th November 2010.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in Listing Rule 9.6.13R (2) to 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Spencer.
