Director Declaration

In accordance with Rule 9.6.11(1) of the Listing Rules, Dexion Trading Limited announces that Robin Bowie has appointed Ana Haurie as his alternate director for the period from 22 November to 26 November, 2010.

Ms Haurie has been Group Managing Director of Dexion Capital plc since 2006, the Company's Investment Consultant. She joined Dexion Capital plc in September 2001 to head Dexion's advisory business, focusing on research and analysis.

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (1) of the Listing Rules, the Company confirms that Ms Haurie has also been appointed as an alternate director of; Dexion Absolute Limited, Dexion Commodities Limited and Dexion Equity Alternative Limited for the same period as noted above. Ms Haurie is not a non-executive Director of any other public quoted company and she has not held any other directorships of public quoted companies within the last five years.

There are no additional disclosures that require to be made in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13 (2) - (6) of the Listing Rules.
