    Dexion Trading Limited (the "Company") announces that on 17 December 2008 it purchased in aggregate 84,355 of its GBP shares of no par
value at the following prices per share:

    The ordinary shares purchased will be held as treasury shares.   Following the above purchases, the Company holds 4,565,614, ordinary
shares in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 113,451,935.
    Accordingly, the current issued share capital consists of 113,451,935 ordinary shares with voting rights. Shareholders may use this
figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
