    Dexion Trading Limited: Transaction in own shares 

    Dexion Trading Limited (the "Company") announces that on 4th December 
2008 it purchased 100,000 of its GBP shares of no par value at a price per 
share of 89p.

    The ordinary shares purchased will be held as treasury shares. Following the 
above purchase, the Company holds 1,744,227 ordinary shares in treasury. 
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 116,273,322.

    Accordingly, the current issued share capital consists of 116,273,322 
ordinary shares with voting rights. Shareholders may use this figure as the 
denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are 
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the 
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
