In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Dexion Trading Limited (the "Company")
announces that Mr Christopher Spencer, a non-executive director, has informed
the Company that Thames River Legion Fund Limited, of which he is a
non-executive director, was admitted to trading on the Irish Stock Exchange on
1st November 2007.


There have been no other changes to the information set out in Listing Rule
9.6.13R (2) to 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Spencer.
