Dmatek: Contract Win in Singapore

Rewarded 5-year offender monitoring technology supply contract

Dmatek Ltd., the London listed provider of leading electronic monitoring technologies, today announces the renewal of its contract in
Singapore, to provide the Ministry of Home Affairs its home detention systems. The order, extended to Dmatek's wholly owned law enforcement
subsidiary Elmo-Tech Ltd., is expected to generate revenues of over $2.5m, the majority of which are expected over the coming 12 months. The
5-year contract further includes two yearly renewal options.

Elmo-Tech has been partnering with Certis CISCO Security of Singapore to provide home detention systems to the government since 2002.

Singapore prison population has seen substantial growth over the past decade, and currently stands at more than 16,000 individuals. To
date, thousands of monitored offenders in Singapore have successfully completed the national home detention scheme based on Elmo-Tech's
technology. The programme is reported to have a very high success rate of over 99%.

Dmatek's CEO, Yoav Reisman said, "We look forward to continuing our long-term partnership with Certis CISCO and its government
