    DERMASALVE SCIENCES PLC

    STATEMENT RE. SUSPENSION


    Dermasalve Sciences plc ("Dermasalve" or the "Company") announces that trading in the shares of the Company has been suspended with
immediate effect pending publication of the annual audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007.

    Dermasalve is in the final stages of preparing its annual audited accounts. At present, the Company's auditors are not able to sign off
on the basis of "Going Concern" until additional funding has been arranged.  The Directors believe that they are close to finalising funding
arrangements which would satisfy the auditors.

    A further announcement will be made in due course.
