Interim Management  Statement for  the three  month period  ended  30 
September  2009.  The  statement  also  includes  relevant  financial 
information between  the end  of  the period  and  the date  of  this 
statement. 
 
Dividends paid or declared in the period 
There were no dividends paid or declared in the period. 
 
On 29 October 2009, the Company  declared a dividend of 2p per  share 
which, subject to  Shareholder approval,  is payable  on 11  December 
2009.
