notification today in a letter dated 20 September 2007 that in accordance with

Rules) Instrument 2006, Ita Mary McArdle, a Director of Dev Property Development
plc, has a notifiable interest in 14,750 shares of the Company, representing
0.0107% of the Company's issued share capital. The purchase was made at a price
of 67.75p per share.
