NOTIFICATION OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS

D1 Oils plc, the UK-based global producer of biodiesel, will announce
preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2006 on Wednesday, 28 March
2007.

A presentation for analysts will take place at 9.30am at the offices of Dresdner
