   Dividend Declaration DSO Ordinary and A Shares 
 
   28 January 2016 
 
   The Board of Downing FOUR VCT plc announces the declaration of dividends 
as follows: 
 
   36.16p per DSO Ordinary Share, and 
 
   15.50p per DSO A Share 
 
   Both dividends will be paid on 24 March 2016 to DSO Ordinary and DSO A 
Shareholders on the register at 4 March 2016. 
 
   This is expected to be the final dividend to DSO Ordinary and DSO A 
Shareholders and completes the process of returning funds to those 
shareholders. 
 
   Shareholders who invested in the Company's original offer for 
subscription, received one DSO Ordinary Share and one DSO A Share. 
Following the payment of the above dividends, those shareholders will 
have received total dividends of 131.66p for a combined holding of one 
DSO Ordinary Share and one DSO A Share.
