("Dana" or the "Company") 
 
Relevant Event Notice in relation to the 2.90 per cent. Guaranteed Convertible 
Bonds due 2014 (the "Bonds") 
 
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions (the "Conditions") set out in the 
Offering Circular in relation to the Bonds dated 12 July 2007, notice is to be 
given to holders of the Bonds within 14 calendar days following the occurrence 
of a Relevant Event (as defined in the Conditions). 
 
On 24 September 2010 Korea National Oil Corporation announced that its cash 
offer to acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of 
the Company (the guarantor under the terms of the Bonds) and its cash offer to 
acquire the Bonds had become unconditional in all respects. Accordingly, on 4 
October 2010 the Company gave notice to the Bondholders that a Relevant Event 
has occurred.
