                              Holdings in Company 
 
Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Discovery Metals Limited (the Company) advises the 
following changes in relation to significant shareholdings: 
 
(a)          On 31 January 2012, Forex Investment Group Limited advised that on 
30 January 2012, it had increased its holding in the Company to 56,635,263 
ordinary shares (representing approximately 12.81% of the issued capital in the 
Company); and 
 
(b)          On 31 January 2012, Taurus SM Holdings Pty Limited (Taurus) advised 
that on 27 January 2012, it ceased to be a substantial holder in the Company. 
Taurus' holding has now fallen below a voting power of 5%. 
 
The Company has a total of 442,128,231 ordinary shares on issue.
