Appointment of liquidator

    Further to the announcement made by the Company on 6 May 2008, the board announces that the Company has convened meetings of
shareholders and creditors to both be held on 22 July 2008 with the purpose of placing the company into liquidation. The contact details of

    The proposed Liquidator will be sending out notices of the meetings to both known shareholders and creditors shortly.

    Resignation of adviser

    Dowgate Capital Advisers Limited, the Company's Nominated Adviser has resigned with immediate effect.

    Pursuant to AIM Rule 1 for Companies, trading in the Company's AIM securities will be suspended upon ceasing to have a Nominated
Adviser. If the Company fails to find a replacement Nominated Adviser within one month of this suspension, the admission of the Company's
AIM securities will be cancelled.
