Diamond Lifestyle Holdings Plc (the "Company")

Temporary Suspension




The Company's shares will be temporarily suspended from trading on AIM as the
Company has been unable to post its accounts to shareholders within six months
of its year end and therefore is unable to comply with Rule 19 of the AIM Rules
for Companies.



The directors expect the accounts will be posted to shareholders by 31 July 2007
at which time trading in the Company's shares will resume.



The directors confirm that there are no material changes to the accounts
compared to the information disclosed in the preliminary announcement of its
results made on 30 April 2007.
