Update on CREST status

In response to shareholder enquiries following the announcement on 21 June 2011 of the Company's intention to delist from AIM, the Board confirms that the Company's Ordinary Shares remain in CREST. If the delisting is approved by shareholders at the General Meeting on 7 July 2011, the Ordinary Shares will continue to remain in CREST until the CREST facility is cancelled. The cancellation is not intended to take place until the Company has completed the proposed buy-back of shares.
