Further to the announcement made by the Company on 30 October 2008, Delek Group 
Limited, a company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, which is the direct 
controlling shareholder of Delek Real Estate Limited ("DRE") (which itself 
through its wholly owned subsidiary, Delek Belron International Limited, is the 
controlling shareholder of the Company) announced yesterday its intention to 
complete, on 3 May 2009, the process of distribution to its shareholders of the
