Disputed Charges

The directors of the Company note that that Strand Hanson Ltd has issued a petition for the winding up of the Company in respect of disputed fees of GBP60,471.14 which it claims are payable in respect of its former mandate as adviser to the Company. The Company repudiates this claim and intends to defend the action.
