Proxy statement and cancellation of admission to trading on AIM

The Company announces that a proxy statement (the "Proxy Statement") in connection with the Company's proposed merger with a subsidiary
of Cookie Jar Entertainment Inc. (as announced and described on 20 June 2008) (the "Merger") will be posted to the Company's stockholders on
30 June 2008.

In addition, the Company's special stockholder meeting (the "Stockholder Meeting") to be held in connection with the approval of the
Merger shall be held at 10.00 a.m. (Pacific Daylight Time) on 21 July 2008 at the Company's headquarter offices, 4100 West Alameda Avenue,
Burbank, California 91505, United States of America.

Stockholders are reminded that the latest time for lodging a form of proxy is 5.00 p.m. (Pacific Daylight Time) on 20 July 2008.

Copies of the Proxy Statement shall be available on the Company's website (www.dicentertainment.com) on 30 June 2008.

In connection with the Merger, the Company also announces under rule 41 of the AIM Rules that it intends that the cancellation of
admission to trading of the Company's common stock (the "DIC Stock") on the London Stock Exchange's AIM ("AIM") (the "Cancellation") will
become effective on 22 July 2008 at 7.00am (BST).

The Cancellation is conditional upon:
* the approval of the Merger at the Stockholder Meeting;

* the successful resolution against the injunction obtained by American Greetings Corporation (as announced and described on 23 June
2008) (the "Injunction") irrespective of the outcome of the Stockholder Meeting; and

* the consummation and effectiveness of the Merger in accordance with its terms.

It is also expected that the DIC Stock will be suspended from trading on AIM from 21 July 2008 (unless the Stockholder Meeting is
otherwise adjourned or postponed) until Cancellation. Alternatively, if the Merger is not approved at the Stockholder Meeting, the
suspension shall be lifted.
