              DIC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. - Trading Statement


DIC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. ("DIC" or the "Company") announces, ahead of
the closed period for the fiscal year ending 31st December 2007, that the
Company's 2007 results are anticipated to be in line with the performance
detailed in the trading statement released last month.

For 2008, in line with the prior trading statement, the Company maintains a
revenue range of $76 - 80 million and EBITDA of approximately $2 million.

Jeffrey Edell, President and COO, said, "We look forward to the Preliminary
Announcement when we will give a full update on the many positive,
value-enhancing developments currently under way. Amongst the many initiatives
are the continuing roll out of our joint venture international children's
channel, KidsCo, now on course to broadcast in 40 territories by the end of the
year; the success in the US and internationally of Horseland which now has a
raft of licensing agreements in place in the US, Europe and further afield; the
great US retail momentum in Mommy & Me and Cake; and the successful recent
launch of DinoSquad.com, our interactive site based on the new Dino Squad series
that premiered on CBS in November of 2007."
