            DIC Entertainment Announces Further Expansion of KidsCo,
               its Joint Venture International Children's Channel


(London Monday 14th January 2008) DIC Entertainment Holdings Inc ("DIC"), the
fully integrated global brand management company, announced today the continuing
roll out of its international joint venture children's channel, KidsCo, to key
new territories in Asia, the Middle East and South Africa.


This follows the successful Central and Eastern European launch in Autumn 2007
of the channel in Romania, Hungary, Russia, Turkey and Poland (with Ukraine now
to follow in Spring 2008). Announcing the channel's further expansion, DIC
President and COO Jeffrey Edell said,


"KidsCo, in which we have a 33% holding, is proving to be a great success and we
are on course to be on air in 40 territories by the end of the year, creating a
truly international force in children's television."

Global Channel for Kids Now in 7 Territories, with a Total of 14 in Spring 2008


KidsCo, the global children's television channel jointly owned by NBC Universal,
Corus Entertainment Inc., and DIC Entertainment, is expanding into new
territories including the Philippines, Indonesia, South Korea, Hong Kong, South
Africa and the Middle East.


The channel launched on Sky Cable in the Philippines and on Showtime DTH
satellite in the Middle East on January 1, 2008, and will launch to the other
Asian territories on March 20, 2008, and in South Africa in August.


This expansion is part of the ongoing strategy to launch KidsCo in major
television markets and adds to the existing territories of Russia, Poland,
Hungary, Romania and Turkey, which are already on the air, with the Ukraine set
to launch in Spring 2008.


"KidsCo's expansion into important new territories in Southeast Asia and South
Africa will bring the channel to millions more families and is just part of our
extensive growth planned for 2008," said Paul Robinson, Managing Director,
KidsCo.


KidsCo serves an audience of boys and girls aged 6 to 10, plus preschoolers,
with entertaining and fun programs in a safe and nurturing environment.


KidsCo will continue to explore new markets and territories to maintain its
growth mandate.
