                               Trading Statement

DIC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. ("DIC" or the "Company") will release its
interim results in the week beginning 24th September 2007. At this time, the
Company is in line to meet current market expectations although there are still
a number of challenges remaining for the rest of the year. These challenges
include the uncertainty surrounding collections of contractual amounts
due from Trollz licensees, the slow build in the ratings for the CBS block and
the development of the Slumber Party Girls brand.

At the same time there are a number of recent important strategic initiatives
which are beginning to bear fruit. Two key areas stand out:

KidsCo, DIC's joint venture international children's channel, remains on course
for a September launch in Central & Eastern Europe. Carriage has been agreed in
Poland, Romania, Turkey and Russia with announcements of further international
broadcasters anticipated very shortly. In total the channel, which has surpassed
initial target subscriptions in Central and Eastern Europe, is expected to roll
out to approximately 40 territories worldwide within the next two to three
years.

Good progress is being made on our new three year New Media / Interactive
strategy designed to position the Company as a leader in this field. The Company
is now on course to achieve its target online reach of over 500,000 visitors per
month and 100 million page views per month by the end of 2007. The new DIC
Online Network, with kewlstudio.com as its hub, will feature continuous video
streaming as well as individual brand communities including Trollz.com, the
recently re-launched MommyandMe.com and new property sites like DinoSquad.com.
