Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 January 2011, the Company's issued share capital consists of:

-- 41,233,649 GBP Shares

-- 5,537,087 EUR Shares

-- 2,719,786 USD Shares

All shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of shares held. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 49,490,522. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
