CANCELATION OF DIRECTORS INCENTIVE ARRANGEMENTS


The Board of Cyberview Technology, Inc. ("Cyberview" or the "Company"), a
leading provider of downloadable server-based systems to the gaming industry,
announces that it has cancelled all the previously announced conditional
incentivisation arrangements ("Arrangements") entered into on 28 June 2007 with
certain directors of the Company and announced on 17 December 2007. Had these
Arrangements not been cancelled they would have constituted a Related Party
Transaction under Rule 13 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
