Notice of General Meeting 
London (UK), Carpinteria, CA (USA) - 26 August 2010. Further to the announcement 
published by Clipper Windpower Plc (the "Company") on 20 August 2010 that it has 
entered into definitive warranty support agreements with United Technologies 
Corporation, such agreements being conditional on the approval by the Company's 
shareholders, a general meeting has been scheduled for 10.00 a.m. (BST) on 13 
September 2010 at the offices of Lawrence Graham LLP, 4 More London Riverside, 
London SE1 2AU, United Kingdom to approve the terms of the warranty support 
agreements. 
The notice of general meeting together with the accompanying circular has been 
mailed to shareholders today.  A copy of the notice of general meeting and the
