Conival Plc announces the resignation of Paul McGowan as Non Executive Director
on 20 December 2007. The commitments to his role as Global Client CEO of Added
Value Limited, a subsidiary of WPP Group plc, have increased for Paul and has
led to his decision to focus on fewer external roles.

Commenting, Jeremy Schwartz, CEO Conival PLC, said:

"Paul's expertise in brand development has been greatly appreciated as we have
sought to develop and refine our brands. We fully understand the need for Paul
to concentrate on his role at Added Value, and the Board will miss his
insightful contributions."
