                              Issue of Equity

The Board has today received and accepted requests to exercise a total of 10,000
warrants, pursuant to the Employee  Share Option Scheme 2003 and accordingly
will issue and allot 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company (the 
"Shares").

Application will be made for the Shares, which will rank pari passu, with
existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to  trading on AIM on 2 January 2008.
