   Core Capital LLP has formed a new partnership called Core Capital 
Partners LLP, in order to comply with AIFMD regulatory requirements. 

   As a consequence, on 6 January 2014, the Board of Core VCT V plc 
approved the termination of the existing Management Deed and 
Administration Deed with Core Capital LLP and appointed Core Capital 
Partners LLP on a similar basis.  This does not affect the terms, 
conditions or costs of the services provided to Core VCT V plc.
