Responsibilities - Scrip Dividends
On 17 October 2017 Costain announced that elections have been
made by Costain shareholders to receive 63,867 ordinary shares of
50p each in Costain's capital ("Shares") in lieu of cash in respect
of all or part of their interim dividend for the year ending 31
December 2017, which was paid on Friday 20 October 2017.
Costain has been notified that Jane Lodge, a Non-Executive
Director, received into her Self Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP")
Shares in lieu of cash in respect of the 2017 interim dividend as
follows:
