Result of AGM
At the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, each of the
resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting circulated to
shareholders on 30 March 2012 was passed on a show of hands. The
number of shares in issue at the voting record date were 65,345,492
ordinary shares.
The proxy figures for the resolutions were as follows:
