Board Changes - Retirement of directors in connection with Fidelity's all cash final offer being declared wholly unconditional

As announced by Fidelity today, Fidelity's all cash final offer has been declared wholly unconditional. In connection with this, there have been changes to the composition of the Colt Board.

Olivier Baujard, Sergio Giacoletto, Dr Katherine Innes Ker, Anthony Rabin and Ms Lorraine Trainer have each stepped down as non-executive Directors with effect from noon today (UK time).

Simon Haslam, Colt's Chairman, said "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank each of the retiring directors for their leadership, support and hard work. We are very grateful to all of the retiring directors for their valuable contributions to Colt over the years."
