from Prudential Corporation plc that due to M&G Group plc becoming a group
company of Prudential Corporation plc from 28 April 1999, Prudential
Corporation plc has a total notifiable interest in 5,964,596 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 14.44% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
