Further to the earlier announcement, Clydeport plc announces that it has been
advised by Framlington Investment Management Limited that its current holding
in Clydeport plc is 4,117,000 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately
9.98% of the issued Ordinary Shares.  The earlier disclosure arose from a
client of Framlington Investment Management Limited transferring 55,000
Ordinary Shares in Clydeport plc to another Investment Manager.
