The Clarkson Hill Group plc (the "Company") 
 
                                Issue of Equity 
 
The Board of the Company announces that it has issued and allotted 592,593 
ordinary shares, of 2 pence nominal value, at a price of 6.75 pence per share 
in lieu of services received amounting to GBP40,000. 
 
Once admitted, the new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing 
ordinary shares. The Company today made application for the new ordinary shares 
to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in the new ordinary shares are 
expected to commence on or around 20 October 2009. 
 
Following the issue of equity referred to above the enlarged issued share 
capital of the Company will be 29,550,270 shares of 2 pence per share.
