ClearDebt is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Lee, aged 35, as a Director of the Company at a Board meeting held on Friday 25 May 2012. Simon has been acting as the Chief Operating Officer for over 12 months and has been in regular attendance at Board meetings.

Simon has options under the Company's EMI Scheme over 1,125,000 ordinary shares in the Company which are ordinarily exercisable between 7 October 2012 and 7 October 2019 at prices of 1.75p and 2p each.

Simon does not currently and has not held any directorships in the previous 5 years.

The Company confirms that there is no other information which is required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the Aim Rules for Companies.
