own ordinary 5p shares ("Shares") to Anthony Skitt, Chief Executive. The options
are exercisable from 9 October 2006 to 8 October 2011 and have exercise price of
zero. Anthony Skitt has options over 300,000 Shares, excluding this latest
grant, and owns 30,000 Shares, being 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
Iain Muspratt, Chairman, is in interested in 5,037,272 Shares, being 27.9% of
the Company's issued share capital and does not hold any Options.
