                            Director's shareholding                             

The Board of Cagney announces that on 19 November 2007 Victoria Carrel, a
director of the Company, was allotted 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at
a value of 5 pence each in settlement of a bonus of #15,000 payable in respect
of 2006. Following the above transaction, Victoria Carrel will hold 1,633,000
ordinary shares representing 1.22 per cent. of the enlarged issued share
capital.

An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary
shares to be admitted to AIM, and it is expected that admission will take place
on 23 November 2007. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the
existing shares of the Company.

Following admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be
134,394,338 ordinary shares.
