                         Statement Regarding Suspension


The directors of Creative Education Corporation Plc ("Company") announce that,
further to the announcements of 31 July and 10 August, negotiations have
continued in relation to a proposed refinancing of the Company but these
negotiations have failed to reach a satisfactory conclusion.  As a result of the
continuing uncertainty as to its financial position, the Company has requested
and been granted a suspension of trading in its shares with immediate effect.
