Notification in accordance with Section 198 - 203 of the Companies Act 1985



The Company received a notification today from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc
informing it that on 31 January 2006, they was interested, "by attribution
only", in a total of 13,915,265 shares representing 13.24% of the issued share
capital of the Company of which 13,896,462 shares (13.22%) was a beneficial
interest held by Goldman Sachs International.
