                         ("Blue Star" or "The Company")

                                 Trading Update

Further to the Company's interim statement where it announced that it had a
provision of �125,000 for disputed income, the Company announces that this
dispute is still ongoing. It has become apparent that whilst The Company has
continued to work with the customer on a number of activities but there are
additional major projects that have been put on hold by the customer until the
dispute has been resolved.  This will have a significant effect on the Company's
results.
