           Blue Star Mobile Group plc ("Blue Star" or "the Company")

                                Grant of Options

The remuneration committee approved the grant of share options to subscribe for
Ordinary Shares in the Company to certain directors of Blue Star on 25 September
2006. The options are exercisable at 12.25p per share at any time between 25
September 2009 and 25 September 2016.

In addition the remuneration committee granted a further 310,000 share options
