                                CONTRACT GAIN

                         Contract signed with The Link

Blue Star Mobile Group PLC ("Blue Star"), the AIM listed provider of
entertainment and promotional content via mobile phones, announces that it has
entered into an agreement with The Link, the High Street retailer of mobile
phones and accessories to develop and manage an England text alert service for
this year's World Cup.

The England text alert service will be promoted nationwide at all of The Link's
295 stores and The Link's retail website. It will offer customers all of the
latest football news and scores direct to their mobile phone by SMS.

Customers will receive a Daily News Round-Up, a Daily Results Round-Up, England
Team Line Up's, England Goal Alerts, Red Card Alerts and Half Time/Full Time
Score Summaries.

Steve Clarke, Chief Executive of Blue Star Mobile, said: "We have always enjoyed
