                             Dividend Clarification





The recommended final dividend for the year-ended 31 January 2006 is 1.15p per
share (not 1.33p per share that appears in today's earlier announcement). It is
the clarified figure that represents an increase from 66.67% to 75% of available
profits on the same period last year. The total dividend for the year to 31
January 2006 is 2.72p per share.
