Notice of AGM and Annual Report and Accounts

BlueStar SecuTech Inc. ("BlueStar", or the "Company"), the AIM quoted (AIM: BSST) leading provider of digital video surveillance solutions to corporate clients in China, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 9:00am UK time (4:00pm Beijing time) on Friday 7 September 2012 at the Company's offices, 14(th) floor, Tower A, Chengjian Plaza, No.18 Beitaipingzhuang Road, Haidian District, Beijing (100088), PR China.
